These terms govern your use of vantagedecks.com and your relationship with Vantage Decks LLC ("Vantage Decks," "we," "us") for deck design, construction, and maintenance services in Central Ohio.
Prices shown on this site, by text, or by phone are ranges and estimates, not a binding offer. The binding agreement is the written proposal you sign, which states a fixed price, scope, exclusions, and payment schedule.
Any framing, footing, or span information we provide before permit is advisory. Final member sizes are confirmed on the stamped plan with the local building authority at permit.
For contracts signed at your home, Ohio law gives you the right to cancel within three business days of signing. That notice is included on your signed proposal.
Photos taken of your property in connection with an estimate or job remain your property. We only use them in our marketing with your opt-in, recorded in the signed proposal.
Payment terms, deposit amounts, and accepted methods are set out in your signed proposal.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the project the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms, and any dispute arising from our services, are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
